Deadlines to remember:
  • ASAP
    -- $500 deposit due to reserve your spot on the trip.
  • April 1st, 2010
    -- $1500 payment due (this amount includes your $500 deposit)
    -- Last day to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of any previous payments.
  • May 1st, 2010
    -- Account balance due ($1600 w/flight or $700 w/o flight) 
    -- Last day for receipt of full payment from a replacement traveler in the event you need to cancel your reservation after the May 1st cutoff.
  • June 1st, 2010
    -- Cancellations after this date will forfeit account balance, and no refunds will be given.
You may also send the full amount for your trip in one payment,
if you so choose.
