Pricing Options
Option One - Fly with us
- $3500 per person
- This
option includes round-trip airfare to/from the
workshop.
- You'll be responsible
for your travel costs to/from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. You MUST arrive at D/FW airport on July 17th, 2012 in order to meet the group.
- Price is based on double-occupancy for all nights we spend in hotels. If you are traveling alone, you will room with another workshop attendee. If you're traveling with a friend or spouse, you'll room with that person.
- $2600 per person
- This
option is for those who would rather make their own flight arrangements
so they can use their airline of choice, or arrive/depart earlier or
later.
- If you choose this option, you'll be required to arrive at Vienna International Airport on July 18th, 2012.
- We'll need you to have your flights booked and your flight information sent to us no later than June 14th, 2012.
- If you're delayed, you'll be responsible for either your lodging expenses in Vienna until the group travels back to the city and can pick you up, or for transportation expenses to get from Vienna to Weisses Kreuz, Austria.
- Price is based on double-occupancy for all nights we spend in hotels. If you are traveling alone, you will room with another workshop attendee. If you're traveling with a friend or spouse, you'll room with that person.
- If you'd like your own hotel room for the duration of the trip, we're happy to arrange it for you. Because the prices above are based on double-occupancy hotel rooms, there will be a surcharge to cover the added hotel expense.
- Nine nights lodging in Austria and Spain
- Breakfast daily
- Ground transportation while in Austria/Hungary/Spain
- All workshop instruction and materials
- Some lunches and dinners
- Streetcar/subway/bus tickets
- Incidental charges at hotels (internet, room service, etc)
