Pricing Options
Option One - Fly with us
- $3100 per person
- This
option includes round-trip airfare to/from the
workshop.
- You'll be responsible
for your travel costs to/from Houston or Washington D.C.. You MUST arrive at the group's departure airport on July 28th, 2010 in order to meet the group.
- Price is based on double-occupancy for all nights we spend in hotels. If you are traveling alone, you will room with another workshop attendee. If you're traveling with a friend or spouse, you'll room with that person.
- $2200 per person
- This
option is for those who would rather make their own flight arrangements
so they can use their airline of choice, or arrive/depart earlier or
later.
- If you choose this option, you'll be required to arrive at Vienna airport on July 29th, 2010.
- We'll need you to have your flights booked and your flight information sent to us no later than June 24th, 2010.
- If you're delayed, you'll be responsible for either your lodging expenses in Vienna until the group travels back to the city and can pick you up, or for transportation expenses to get from Vienna to the convent in Weisses Kreuz, Austria.
- Price is based on double-occupancy for all nights we spend in hotels. If you are traveling alone, you will room with another workshop attendee. If you're traveling with a friend or spouse, you'll room with that person.
- If you'd like your own room for the three nights we'll spend in hotels, we are happy to arrange it for you. Because the prices above are based on double-occupancy hotel rooms, there will be a $500 surcharge to cover the added hotel expense.
- Six nights in the Austrian Convent.
- Two nights in a three-star or better Venice hotel.
- One night in a hotel near Hallstatt, Austria.
- Eight meals provided at local restaurants and the hotels in Vienna/Paris
- Ground transportation while in Austria/Hungary/Italy
- All workshop instruction and materials
- An introductory tour of Vienna on our first day in the city
- Snacks/drinks in the convent
- A few lunches and dinners
- Streetcar/subway/bus tickets
- Incidental charges at hotels (internet, room service, etc)
- Your personal spending money
