Terms / Deadlines
  • Workshop spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are limited in number.
Credit Card Reservations:
  • Deposits will not be accepted for attendees who pay their workshop fees using a credit card. You must pay the entire balance when you process your order through PayPal.
  • If you pay using a credit card, you may cancel your reservation and receive a refund, minus the $100 credit card transaction fee, until April 15th, 2012.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation after April 15th, 2012, you will have the option of finding another traveler to take your place. When we receive full payment from your replacement, we will refund the balance of your account less the $100 credit card transaction fee. You will have until May 1st, 2012 to find your replacement. In the event you are unable to find a replacement by May 1st, 2012, your payment will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds of any kind will be given if you cancel your trip after May 1st, 2012, even if you find a replacement attendee.
Cash/Check/Money Order Reservations
  • A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot on the trip.
  • The balance of your account must be paid by May 1st, 2012.
  • If you pay by Cash/Check/Money Order, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your account balance until April 15th, 2012.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation after April 15th, 2012, you will have the option of finding another traveler to take your place. When we receive full payment from your replacement, we will refund the full balance of your account. You will have until May 1st, 2012 to find your replacement. In the event that you are unable to find a replacement by May 1st, 2012, any payments you made will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
